respect for superior or history ? discipline is acting or own requirement ? Prove for myself

Don't because you are my senior or superior
then i should respect u or wad ,
What i respect is what u have done before
not equal i should respect who r u now
it's not the same and it's difference....

what u have contribute at the past
it's the point i respect and learn
but not equal i should agree or admit the fault 
because now u don have the qualification to exhortation me
because u just simply to say it and it's not make sense

Don't use Identity to scold a person
it's won't let the person really convinced on the matter...

那你应该去反省 而不是 说对方的不是
因为 对方 也能 说出你的不是

双方都有错 只是在态度上的不利让
立场 彼此 都没错 因为 我们的要求 所要的东西是不一样
所以 我们会觉得 对方不对

这就是 “ 道不同不相为谋” 的意思
